Hector Medellin, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Hector Medellin was born in Dallas, TX and has lived locally in the Cedar Creek Area since high school. Hector obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing at The University of Texas at Arlington. He is board certified as a Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. He has had several years of experience in psychiatry while working at Terrell State Hospital and Methodist Richardson. Hector’s clinical experience is with children, adolescents and adults with psychiatric disorders including, anxiety, bipolar disorder and many other diagnoses. Hector’s beautiful daughter Mia is about to start Kindergarten and his wonderful wife Enelly is a 2nd grade teacher.
