Psychiatric Medication Management

We offer a wide range of psychiatric services including addiction support and medication management for issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and other psychiatric related conditions. While therapy and holistic interventions are certainly important in overall mental wellness, we understand that psychotropic medications can provide relief to a variety of unmanageable psychiatric symptoms.

Due to the sensitive nature of psychotropic medications, Cedar Creek Wellness Group has a strict medication refill policy. Clients must present for their follow up appointments as discussed with their prescribing provider in order for medications to be refilled in a timely manner. This ensures the practitioner is aware of potential side effects and overall therapeutic effectiveness. Please allow 24-72 hours for refill requests to be completed. Medications will not be refilled for clients who have not yet had their initial appointment or for clients who missed their scheduled appointments. Emergency situations will be evaluated on a case by case basis. The frequency of medication follow up visits will be determined between the client and provider during appointment times.

Controlled substances are highly addictive in nature. Because of this, CCWG has a strict controlled substance policy. Lost or stolen medications will not be refilled early. The prescribing provider has the right to not prescribe controlled substances if they are not deemed necessary, if there is concern for abuse or diversion, or for any other concerns.
